He helped me last year with my air conditioner, and I called him again to... read more help my parents' unit.  He gave an approximate same day appointment, and then he called again when he was about 10 minutes away. Marwan knows his job and does it well! He's honest and fair! He told my parents that it'll cost more money to fix the outside unit compressor than to replace it; plus, the old unit was out of warranty (the old unit was about 15 years old).
